How does the personalisation work?

Enter 1, 2 or 3 initials at checkout. We use precision laser engraving to permanently etch your initials into the base of the glass. The result is a clean, deeply cut engraving that catches the light beautifully and lasts a lifetime.

How long does shipping take?

Each glass is engraved to order. We dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. Standard Australian shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. Express options are available at checkout. We recommend ordering 10 days before your occasion.

Does the glass come gift ready?

Yes. Every glass ships in our signature rigid kraft gift box with embossed black logo. You can also add a complimentary gift message card at checkout. No extra wrapping needed.

What is your returns policy?

Because each glass is personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However if your glass arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our part, we will replace it immediately at no cost.

Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?

Yes. We work with businesses, event planners and wedding parties on bulk orders of 6 or more glasses. Volume discounts apply and we can accommodate individual engraving for every recipient. Contact hello@byfire.com.au to discuss your order.

Can I add multiple glasses to one order?

Yes. Each glass can be individually personalised with different initials in the same order. Simply add each glass to your cart and enter the desired initials for each one at checkout. Perfect for groomsmen sets or group gifting.

What makes Scotch by Fire glasses different?

Our glasses are handcrafted in Poland from premium crystal glass with a substantial weighted base and classic lowball silhouette. Each one is precision laser-engraved individually, inspected by hand and packed in a rigid kraft gift box. Australian owned and operated.

Is the engraving permanent and food safe?

Yes. Laser engraving permanently etches the surface of the glass. The result is food safe, dishwasher safe and will not fade or wear over time.

Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 Australia wide.

What are the titanium scotch cubes?

Our titanium scotch chilling cubes are reusable metal cubes that chill your whisky without diluting it. Unlike ice, they do not melt and alter the flavour of your pour. They can be optionally engraved with your initials for an additional $10.

The journey from your order to the finished glass is a short one, handled with care at every stage. We engrave, inspect, pack and dispatch each piece individually, and most orders arrive within five to nine business days of being placed.

Select one, two or three initials and enter them in the order you want them engraved. A personal gift message may also be included at this stage.

Engraved and Inspected

Your order is passed to our engraving team. Each piece is laser-etched individually, then inspected for precision and clarity before it is approved for packing.

Your order is dispatched and a confirmation sent to you. Standard delivery runs two to four business days from dispatch. Express options are available at checkout.

Engraving and Inspection

Your glass is laser-engraved to the specified depth and finish. Each piece is visually inspected under close examination before being passed to packing. We do not dispatch anything that does not meet our high standard.

Day 2 to 3
Packing

Gift Box Assembly

The glass is set into the rigid kraft presentation box and secured for transit. This box is sealed and prepared for dispatch.

Day 3 to 5
Dispatch

Collected and Tracked

Your order is collected by our courier partner and a tracking link is issued to your email address. From this point, standard delivery reaches most Australian addresses within two to four business days.

Day 5 to 9
Arrival

Received in Perfect Condition

The outer transit packaging is designed to protect the presentation box without compromising its appearance. The gift arrives in a state worthy of the occasion, requiring nothing further from the person giving it.
