Pick one, two, or three initials and the order you want them engraved.
Engraved and Inspected
Each glass goes to our engraving team, laser-etched individually, then checked for precision and clarity before it's packed.
Delivered to the Door
Dispatched with a confirmation email. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Express is available at checkout.

A confirmation is sent to your email address summarising your engraving details.
Production
Engraving and Inspection
Your glass is laser-engraved to the specified depth and finish. Each piece is visually inspected under close examination before being passed to packing. We do not dispatch anything that does not meet our high standard.
Packing
Gift Box Assembly
The glass goes into the kraft presentation box, then into a second box built to protect it in transit. Sealed and ready for dispatch.
Dispatch
Collected and Tracked
Collected by our courier and on its way to you. Standard delivery from here takes 3 to 5 business days.
Arrival
Received in Perfect Condition
Packaging is built to protect the gift box without damaging it. It arrives ready to give, nothing else needed.

Most orders are engraved and packed within a day or two. If you've left it late, email hello@byfire.com.au and ask about express processing, we may be able to move things faster outside of busy periods like Father's Day.
